Great Western Dining Service Inc. provides service for catering needs ranging from receptions to full meals on campus. Local restaurants also provide dining service for groups.

Special entertainment is also available locally from DJ service, to dance bands, to ensembles or performance venues. Other services include audio visual and satellite conferencing. A Civic Center located in City Park as well as the Women's Building at the County Fairgrounds offer alternative locations for conferences, stock shows, and other group meetings.

Help with organizing your event including registration is available through the Levelland Chamber of Commerce as are tour guides and specialty tours, registration packets, guides and publications. SPARTAN provides city bus/van service with 24 hour answering. Air service is available locally at the Levelland Municipal Airport and at the Lubbock International Airport, just 40 minutes away, serviced by American Eagle, ASA/Delta Connection, Southwest Airlines and Continental Airlines.
