DESCRIPTION:The Levelland Chamber of Commerce Ag Committee will be hosting the annual Hockley County Agricultural Appreciation Event at the Mallet Event Center in Levelland\, Texas on Wednesday\, September 11\, 2024\, at 11:30am-1:00pm. Over two hundred people are expected to attend. This meal is a shrimp boil and prepared by the Ag Committee members! The contributing entities have combined their customer lists and invitations are sent to those by mail. Any paid sponsor is eligible to provide names and addresses for addition allowing their customers to receive a printed invitation. Each sponsoring entity is encouraged to share invitations with your respective customers list electronically for reminders. The business community(chamber members) is invited to join in the salute to our producers! This event is not open to the public\, therefore\, not advertised.\n\nAg partners in the area are encouraged to join in recognizing these outstanding people that play a huge part in our local economy. Two sponsorship packages are available. The first is $450 ($550 for non-Chamber members) and includes your company name and logo in print\, radio\, social media\, and on-site advertising. The second level is $250 ($350 for non-Chamber members) and will provide your company name in the same locations\; however\, the logo is not included in this level.\n\nAny remaining funds remain in the Ag Committees account and will be used for promotion of local agriculture awareness and scholarships as deemed beneficial by committee. All Chamber members interested in planning and facilitating these events are encouraged to join our Ag Committee meetings by contacting the Chamber to be added to our email list and receive notifications of meetings! Join in the fun!
