Each participating merchant serves up their own special holiday goodies to guest throughout the evening.  For a special touch\, each store has their own doorman\,\, comprised of local residents.  Each doorman dresses in a vintage "Charles Dickens" costume.  Christmas music plays all around the square\, which adds to the ambiance of the night.  Horse drawn carriages transport the ladies from store to store to shop for those perfect gifts.
