  • To avoid future sizable increases, your Board of Directors will implement an automatic 0-3% increase in membership investments each October.  This will be determined by the Board of Directors and based upon the current economy and business climate.  Your annual membership is automatically renewed on your anniversary of join date unless we are notified 90 days in advance.
